Certain products may be marked as non-returnable due to limited stock, special promotional pricing, or clearance sales. Items that are listed as non-returnable on their respective product pages will not be eligible for return.

Unboxing Video Requirement

To ensure transparency and prevent misuse, customers are required to record a clear unboxing video when opening their package.

The video should:

• Start before opening the shipping package
• Clearly show the sealed packaging and shipping label
• Capture the entire unboxing process without cuts or edits
• Clearly display the condition of the product received

This video may be required as proof in case of:

• Damaged products
• Missing items
• Incorrect items received

Please note that claims regarding damaged or missing items may not be accepted without a valid unboxing video recorded at the time of opening the package.

How to Request a Return

If you wish to return a product, please follow these steps:

  2. Provide your order number and reason for return.
  3. Our team will review the request and provide return instructions.
